He was often seen fixing issues for friends and family. Hao realized he was happiest when he could help solve people’s household woes and make life easier for them. So in an attempt to pursue his new interest, Hao took a leap of faith and left his managerial position to enroll into ITE to up-skill. Through countless mistakes and setbacks, he slowly learned and improved on his handyman knowledge. His positive demeanor and sincere attitude towards his work won over the trust of many clients.
As the business began to grow, Hao roped in his wife and close friends to join his trade. Despite it being a predominately male-dominated arena, the team’s female members are well equipped with the know-how of the industry.
